kp Statement - Coronavirus Health Concerns

19th March 2020
Dear Valued Customers,??

We wanted to get in touch, given the unprecedented situation and uncertainty we currently face in light of the recently declared global pandemic by the World Health Organization, as a result of Coronavirus (Covid-19). We understand that this situation is dynamic and constantly changing. The health and well-being of our employees is paramount, and we are doing all we can to ensure there is little disruption to our service to you.

At kp, we would like to assure you that we are carefully monitoring this situation every day and keeping up to date on local government policies and any travel sanctions by monitoring the World Health Organization (WHO) and following their advice. We have internal business continuity plans in place.

In order for our dedicated teams to support you and your business we are doing all we can to act dynamically and as supportive as possible. Our teams are reviewing our global operations and supply chain daily and as part of our internal protocols they are reviewed to foster continued improvements in supply security. In the immediate term we do not foresee any supply disruptions to our plants. kp is a global business, this enables us to have flexibility to amend supply chains and production if necessary.

The current situation is dynamic and if there may be any direct impact to you, our teams will be in contact with you to discuss and create a plan. In the meantime, we fully appreciate your valued custom and support during this period of uncertainty.

Yours sincerely,

Scott Tracey
